EventKlik acts exclusively as an intermediary platform. We connect you (the client) with suitable venue owners and event spaces. EventKlik DOES NOT OWN, MANAGE, or control the venues listed on our platform.

2. Your Obligations

As a platform user, you agree to the following:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and current information in contact forms (e.g., date, guest count, and budget).
• Contacting partners occurs only for legitimate event planning purposes.
• Spamming, submitting fake inquiries, or malicious payloads through the system is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

Because we are exclusively a platform that organizes the distribution of inquiries:

• Accuracy of Agreements: All final agreements, pricing, contracts, and transactions occur directly between you and the selected venue. EventKlik is not a party to this contract.
• Cancellations: We are not liable for booking cancellations, price variations by owners, or any accidents or issues that occur within the venue itself.
• Availability: Average budgets and capacity details shown on our site serve purely as a reference. The actual specific offer provided by the partner may vary.

4. Intellectual Property

All graphic materials, design, code, photographs, and text on the EventKlik platform are protected by copyright law. Without prior written permission, it is strictly prohibited to copy, download, or commercially exploit the website's content.

5. Amendments

EventKlik reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those new Terms.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be governed by Croatian law. We kindly strive to settle all disagreements first through mutual dialogue.
